The resume rewrite includes a full update of your resume. In most cases, that means new formatting along with a rewrite of the content. Adam uses his recruiting experience to decide what should be emphasized and how your background should be presented for the jobs you’re targeting.
Your cover letter will also be rewritten, and Adam will review your LinkedIn profile so you know what should be changed there as well.

All LinkedIn updates are provided in a document for you to copy and paste into your profile. Adam will not log into your LinkedIn account, so please don’t send your login information.
You’ll send your current materials along with the jobs you’re targeting and any career goals or context you think are important. Adam will use that information to complete the work and will reach out if anything else is needed.
You can use the 30-minute Zoom call to talk through the resume or focus on whatever else you’d like help with in your job search.
