What makes this the Premium Resume Review? The 30-minute Zoom call with Adam.
You’ll get the same detailed Comprehensive Resume Review, plus one-on-one time with Adam to talk through your goals, questions, or anything else that may be affecting your job search.
Submit your resume as if you were applying to the type of job you’re targeting. Adam will review it from a recruiter’s perspective and provide a detailed written critique, typically 2-3 pages and sometimes 4-5 pages depending on what needs to be addressed.
The review looks at how well your resume is focused, what information is helping you, what may be getting in the way, and whether your experience is being presented clearly enough for the roles you want.
You’ll receive specific recommendations on what to add, adjust, remove, or rephrase, often with prompts and examples to help you make the changes yourself.
This is a hands-on review, not a rewrite. Adam gives you the strategy and feedback, and you use that guidance to update your resume.
The 30-minute Zoom call gives you a chance to ask questions about the review and talk through broader concerns around your search, career direction, or positioning.
With more than 20 years of recruiting experience, Adam reviews your resume from the perspective of someone who still works inside hiring and knows how quickly recruiters make decisions.
Please note: This service includes the Comprehensive Resume Review, not the Basic Resume Review.
Adam does not cover technical interview questions for IT roles.
After purchase, please send your resume in Word or PDF format, along with your target jobs or goals for the service, to resumes@karpiakconsulting.com. Please also include your availability over the next 2 weeks for the 30-minute Zoom call.
Documents sent to another email address or through LinkedIn may not make it into our work queue.
Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 4-5 business days for completion. Turnaround times assume we receive the materials needed to begin shortly after purchase. If required documents or information are delayed, your delivery date may be adjusted based on our availability at the time we receive them.
For Review services, please make sure your materials are final before submitting them. We’re unable to accommodate revised or replacement documents once the initial materials have been submitted because work may already be underway.
Rescheduling Calls
We’re unable to reschedule calls within 24 hours of the appointment. If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible.
