The Mini review is not a comprehensive, line-by-line evaluation of your resume. It will not look at grammar, wording, or make specific recommendations about content. It will not give you specific guidance based on industry or your career trajectory. It will give you the top 5 reasons your resume may be missing the mark with recruiters. The mini review is ideal for those who want a simple explanation of why they aren’t seeing the results they expect and what they can do about it.

 

Our comprehensive review offers a line-by-line critique, providing 2-3 pages (sometimes longer) of advice and explanations. You’ll receive clear guidance on what to add, adjust, or rephrase, often with prompts and examples. The Full Review offers insights into focus, content, and impact, helping you transform your resume into a story that grabs attention and highlights why you are a fit for the role you are applying for.

All Sales Final

All sales are final and non-refundable. Our services are priced based on the time, expertise, and limited availability we dedicate to each client, not on a guaranteed outcome. While we do our best to support you, job search success depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, timing, and individual effort. This policy applies regardless of how you choose to pay, including extended payment plans.

 

Even if you haven’t submitted your materials yet, or if you’ve submitted them but haven’t received your completed service, canceling after purchase is not an option. Work begins behind the scenes right away, including time spent reviewing your intake, preparing for your service, and managing our project schedule. Because we limit availability and plan turnaround times based on each order, cancellations leave a gap we can’t fill. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us keep turnaround times accurate for every client.

Turnaround Times

For reviews, we aim to have your review back to you within 1-2 business days from the time of payment and when we've received all the necessary documents.

 

Client Responsibilities and Turnaround Times

We provide estimated turnaround (ETAs) for our services based on our current work schedule at the time of purchase. These ETAs assume the client submits all necessary materials and information in a timely manner upon purchase. Delays in providing required documents/content may result in a later delivery date of up to 2 weeks. We cannot guarantee the original ETA if materials are not submitted promptly, and your service will be rescheduled based on current availability at the time we receive your materials.

For Review services, make sure your materials are finalized before submission. Due to our schedule and workload, we cannot accommodate revised/replacement documents once your initial materials have been submitted, as our process is already underway. Work on your review often begins shortly after submittal.

 

Order Confirmation and ETA

By placing your order, you agree to and understand the estimated time for completion (ETA). We prioritize quality over speed, so while we try to meet deadlines, occasional delays may happen. If we are running a bit longer than the provided ETA, we will reach out ahead of time to give you a heads-up. If your service is past the estimated completion time, please check folders such as Spam, Promotions, or Shopping. If you still can’t find it, just reach out, and we’ll happily re-send it.

 

Rescheduling Calls

We’re unable to reschedule any calls within 24 hours of the appointment. If you need to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you!

 

Review and Edit Process

Please note that reviews and edits are not conducted through live or collaborative sessions (e.g., no phone or video calls). Once we’ve sent back your completed review or edited resume/cover letter, the process is considered complete. Our editing service offers a final product based on our expertise and opinion of what would make your resume most effective. We do not offer multiple drafts or revisions.

 

Gift Cards

The value of gift cards never expires and can be used at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial usage or unused balances. Detailed instructions on how to redeem your gift card can be found in the FAQ section of our website. 

 

Final Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and finalizing your documents before submitting them for job applications or networking. You're free to use or not use the suggestions and documents we provide at your discretion.

 

No Guarantee of Success

While we’re here to provide expert advice and guidance, hiring involves many factors…some beyond our control, like timing, actual jobs vs. ghost jobs, location, and even a little luck! We cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, but we're here to give you the best possible tools for your job search.
