Adam reviews your resume (as described in the Review option, but then actually makes the recommended changes for you.  Grammar and presentation issues will be fixed, and red flags will be avoided/corrected from a recruiting POV (to the best that they can...we can’t and won’t lie to make your experience seem better on paper.).


If more information is needed for the resume, i.e., computer skills, expansion of skill/duty bullet points, quantification of successes, etc., that information will have to be provided by the individual at the time of purchase when the resume is submitted. If, when reviewing the documents, Adam determines more information is needed, I will request it.

Due to extremely high volume, turnaround ETA is approximately 4 weeks from payment AND receipt of necessary documents (Adam personally reviews and edits each order, and there are only so many hours in the day). By placing your order, you accept and understand the ETA for services. We would rather do it right and not rush to make a deadline, so some delays may occur.

If you get a new job after submitting payment and documents for services, Karpiak Consulting is under no obligation to refund services. If you would like to donate the service to someone else, please let us know. ​If you purchase a service and do not email your documents within 30 days, your service will be donated to someone who cannot afford the services.

Resume Review With Edits

  • The $600 cost for resume revisions assumes a "typical" edit in time spent to complete. There are circumstances where more difficult revisions will require more time and effort and, as a result, a higher cost to complete. If you feel your resume may require additional time/effort, please email before purchasing services. Once we receive your resume, we can evaluate if it will be a "typical" edit or will require more time and, as a result, a higher price.
