Don't have a cover letter? No problem! If you don't already have one, Adam will create a professional cover letter from scratch as part of this bundle. If you already have a cover letter, it will be rewritten and optimized instead.
 
You can also upgrade to the Full LinkedIn Profile Rewrite, where your profile is handled the same way as your resume.
 
Instead of just reviewing your LinkedIn profile, Adam will fully rewrite the sections that carry the most weight:
 
A rewritten headline aligned with your target roles
A fully written About section that clearly communicates your background and positioning
Profile picture guidance, including recommendations if a change is needed
A short voice introduction script you can use in your profile
And, exclusive to the Rewrite Bundle, optimized content for your Experience section. This goes beyond the standalone LinkedIn Profile Review or Rewrite by including a complete rewrite of your Experience section, not just guidance on how to structure it.
 
You’ll receive everything in a document so you can easily update your profile yourself. (Adam will not log into your account. Please don’t share your login information.)

Adam will review your materials, implement his recommendations, and email back your completed resume rewrite, your rewritten or newly created cover letter, and your LinkedIn profile review. If you've selected the LinkedIn Rewrite upgrade, you'll also receive your rewritten LinkedIn content in a separate document that's ready to copy and paste into your profile.
 
Your resume will be rewritten and, in most cases, professionally reformatted to better highlight your experience, accomplishments, and career goals. Adam uses his many years of recruiting experience to present your skills and work history in the way he believes will give you the best chance for success. What is highlighted, how it's presented, and how easily recruiters can identify your qualifications are all critical factors in an effective resume.
 
Adam’s editing process does not include phone calls or meetings. You are welcome to provide any information you would like him to know (including the jobs you are seeking and your career goals) via email. If more information is needed, Adam taps his expansive knowledge of industry best practices and knowledge of industry-specific career trajectories. He also will research any information he thinks needs to be utilized. And, of course, when necessary, a Karpiak Consulting representative will contact you if there is anything we still need to make your resume great!
 
After purchase, please send your document(s) (Word or PDF) along with your goals for this service (target jobs, etc.) to resumes@karpiakconsulting.com whenever you're ready.
 
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please remember that we can only process documents sent to resumes@karpiakconsulting.com. Documents sent to other email addresses or via LinkedIn message might not make it into our work queue.

All Sales Final
All sales are final and non-refundable. Our services are priced based on the time, expertise, and limited availability we dedicate to each client, not on a guaranteed outcome. While we do our best to support you, job search success depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, timing, and individual effort. This policy applies regardless of how you choose to pay, including extended payment plans.
 
Even if you haven’t submitted your materials yet, or if you’ve submitted them but haven’t received your completed service, canceling after purchase is not an option. Work begins behind the scenes right away, including time spent reviewing your intake, preparing for your service, and managing our project schedule. Because we limit availability and plan turnaround times based on each order, cancellations leave a gap we can’t fill. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us keep turnaround times accurate for every client.
 
That said, if you’d like to transfer or gift your purchased service to someone else, just let us know.If you have any questions about what’s included or whether a service is the right fit, feel free to reach out before purchasing. We’re always happy to help clarify.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion. We’re currently scheduling calls for the week of August 31 and beyond. 
 
Client Responsibilities and Turnaround Times
We provide estimated turnaround times (ETAs) for our services based on our current work schedule at the time of purchase. We do our best to ensure these estimates are as accurate as possible.
 
Please note that these ETAs assume the client submits all necessary materials and information in a timely manner upon purchase. Delays in providing required content/information may result in a later delivery date. We cannot guarantee the original ETA if materials are not submitted promptly, as your service will be rescheduled based on current availability at the time we receive your materials.

Order Confirmation and ETA
By placing your order, you agree to and understand the estimated time for completion (ETA). We prioritize quality over speed, so while we try to meet deadlines, occasional delays may happen. If we are running a bit longer than the provided ETA, we will reach out ahead of time to give you a heads-up. If your service is past the estimated completion time, please check folders such as Spam, Promotions, or Shopping.
 
Rescheduling Calls
We’re unable to reschedule any calls within 24 hours of the appointment. 
 
Review and Edit Process
Please note that reviews and edits are not conducted through live or collaborative sessions (e.g., no phone or video calls). Once we’ve sent back your completed review or edited resume/cover letter, the process is considered complete. Our editing service offers a final product based on our expertise and opinion of what would make your resume most effective. We do not offer multiple drafts or revisions.
 
No Guarantee of Success
While we’re here to provide expert advice and guidance, hiring involves many factors…some beyond our control, like timing, actual jobs vs. ghost jobs, location, and even a little luck! We cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, but we're here to give you the best possible tools for your job search.
